　もちろん、あくまで憶測にすぎないが、仙台でマイクロ波によるとみられる「音声送信」攻撃を受けていたとき、「彼ら」はわたしに、しきりに「オレゴン」「オレゴン」と連呼し、「早く死ね」と畳み掛けていたからだ。

　もしかしたら、電磁波を使ってターゲットを極度の鬱状態に追い込み、自殺へと誘導する技術（あるいは周波数）を、「彼ら」は「オレゴン」という隠語で呼んでいるのかも知れない。

　1978 Mysterious Suicide Epidemic in Oregon Traced To Navy Transmitter And HAARP Frequencies for Mind Control Carried on HAARP Over the Horizon Radar (OHR)

　In the quiet little town of Eugene in southern Oregon, a sudden overnight suicide epidemic in 1978 ended the lives of dozens of people with no apparent cause. After investigations involving the media, the Feds, FCC, researchers, and locals, it was determined that the town was inundated with microwave transmissions carried on Over the Horizon Radar (OHR) at frequencies that could be used for mind control and to modify human behavior.

　 Federal officials identified the source of the transmissions as the Soviets (a coverup since the Soviets were secretly codeveloping HAARP with the U.S. at the Livermore nuclear weapons lab for the US Navy), but a second Federal agency, the FCC traced it to a Navy transmitter in Dixon, California.

Dixon is the more likely antenna location identified as the cause by the F.C.C.. The FCC owned the farmland and huge antenna array surrounding the safe house in Livermore where the HAARP mind control technology was tested on humans after transfer from the U.C. Davis monkey colony.
