〔フクシマ・ノート〕 日本政府はＩＡＥＡの「強い求め」と米国の「勧告」にも関わらず避難圏を拡大しようとしなかった！

　ニューヨーク・タイムズ２日付の記事、「原発近くの忘却地帯に生きる人々（Life in Limbo for Japanese Near Nuclear Plant）」に以下のくだりがあった。

　ＩＡＥＡが日本政府に「強く求めた（urgings ）」のだ。米国も「勧告（recommendations）」していたのだ。

　But Tokyo proved reluctant to expand evacuation areas, despite the urgings of the International Atomic Energy Agency and recommendations by the United States that its citizens stay 50 miles from the plant.

　このことは何ども、確認しておかねばならない。
